Now that YOU are the person jailing yourself you will get the options to ransom yourself, execute yourself or set yourself free. Using the console command to imprison yourself has no effect on the first item (you are still in jail), but it changes the second (who is the person jailing you). The game records two things - the fact that you are in jail, and the fact that "X" is the person who jailed you.
